Depression and anxiety, motivation

3 Reasons Why Your Life Sucks

First off, if your life sucks it’s your fault and the good news is that it’s fixable. Yay! Most people are going to read this and think, damn! that sounds harsh but the truth is, most people go through that thought process. It might be depression or it might be social anxiety, case of intense shyness or simply low self esteem. I am by no means stating my life is better than anyone but simply stating what others think of themselves.

WHY YOUR LIFE SUCKS?

1. YOU ACTUALLY BELIEVE IT SUCKS

This may sound kinda weird but if you think your life sucks, it does. On the flip side If you don’t believe that your life sucks then it doesn’t. Whether your life sucks or not is up to you and what you believe. Either way, you’re always going to be right. It goes back to the power of manifestation through thought or simply put, the law of attraction.  For more on the law of attraction, I wrote a previous article on it. >Click here < to read more.   If your life sucks then determine why it sucks and do what you can to change it. Nothing is impossible and life is too precious to think negative.

2. YOU DON’T HAVE A HOBBY OR A GOAL

Without a hobby or passion, you are just living a boring life like everyone else. You have to create some sort of value in your life to feel complete. Developing a hobby or passion that keeps your mind focused away from the negatives can help you overcome the feeling that your life sucks. Go work out, read, write, study, do something! There is nothing more frustrating than being idle and thinking there is nothing that can be done about it.

3. YOU DON’T TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE

One reason why your life may suck is because you don’t accept responsibility for your life and take control over it. You most likely let other people make decisions for you and tell you how to live your life. You won’t ever be happy  until you are living under your own circumstances and are in full control over your life. Cut off all people that confuse you and do what is in your heart. When you start making good decisions on your own, your life will gradually begin to suck less.
